Meet The Team

Elaine Marson is the proprietor / Managing Director. Elaine has been with the company for 17 years and background is P.R & Marketing.

Matthew Hawker is the mine manager and director. He's been with the company for ten years and is responsible for all health and safety best practices of the mine. Matthew also deals with customer liaison, sales and marketing.

Shawn Hayward is the Production Manager. He has worked for Bath Stone for 10 years and is responsible for making production as efficient, effective and safe as is possible.

Wil O'Brien is the Bath Stone Products Factory Manager. Wil was trained in Stone Masonry and has 25 years experience in the stone industry. He's been with the company for 13 years. Hugely experienced, technically very strong, and can assist at early project stage.

Jimmy Silsby is the Estimator / Designer. Jimmy has a CAD design background as a banker mason and expertise in making a project work in stone. He's been working for Bath Stone for 12 years.
